Steeped in tradition, the Carter Family Fold stage is the perfect backdrop for fans of old-time, traditional country music.
Seating 850 in a stacked-row venue, the Fold also has kitchen facilities, dressing rooms and ample outdoor space complete with A.P. Carter’s original general store and country log cabin. Thanks to grants from the Virginia Commission for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, Virginia Tobacco Commission, the Carter Family Fold is a state-of-the-art music venue and one of the founding venues for the famous Crooked Road music trail.
Shows are held every Saturday night, and the Fold can be available for your wedding at special request.

The Fold is located on the A.P. Carter Highway in the Hiltons Community of Scott County, Virginia.
